What is AA Ringette?

AA is the highest level of ringette played in Manitoba. It is a league that is managed by Ringette Manitoba and is represented within 3 age groups: U14, U16, and U19.


What is the Magic catchment?

The Magic Association is made up 5 ringette associations: Interlake, North Winnipeg, St. James, MacDonald and River East. The teams are primarily made up of players from these associations.


When are AA Tryouts?

AA Tryouts occur in April, teams are formed shortly after tryouts.


What is the financial commitment?

AA Ringette is a financial commitment. Teams have 2-3 practices a week, a dryland session, team bonding events, 18-20 games during the season, and 3-4 tournaments. Tournaments may be out of town which increase the costs due to travel by bus/air and hotels. Mandatory clothing, jersey and ringette pants purchases for first time Magic players also may increase the costs.
